1. What you're buying

AuroraScope is a developer tool that captures and analyzes Roblox remote-event traffic for games you choose to inspect. It runs as a Lua agent (in any compatible executor) and a hosted dashboard at aurorahub.net/scope. Pro ($9), Studio ($25), and Developer ($50) tiers auto-renew monthly — cancel anytime in /settings/subscription.

2. Refund policy — all sales final, no refunds, no exceptions

You are buying immediate, irrevocable access to AI compute and a hosted developer toolchain. By clicking Pay on the Stripe Checkout page, you expressly waive any statutory cooling-off / withdrawal period applicable to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase (e.g., 16 CFR § 429 carve-out for digital goods in the United States; Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 37(1)(a); equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions).

2.1 Why no refunds — the technical reality. The moment your token is minted, our infrastructure begins incurring metered cost on your behalf, none of which is reversible:

• Cloudflare Workers AI Neurons — every /scope/generate call consumes Llama 3.3 70B inference Neurons priced in real currency. We pay Cloudflare per neuron whether or not you keep the script.
• Vectorize index queries + bge-m3 embedding generation — each retrieval-augmented generation triggers an embedding pass and a vector search billed per query.
• R2 egress for RAG corpus reads — the 32-document Aurora knowledge base is loaded from R2 each time a fresh chunk is needed.
• D1 row reads & writes — capture ingest, history persistence, watchdog tracking, and quota counters all bill against our Cloudflare D1 budget.
• Anthropic API spend (Studio+ tier when enabled) — Claude tokens are paid on submit, before you ever read the response.
• Discord API rate quota — subscriber DMs, role grants, and the watchdog notification fan-out consume our bot's audit budget.

Even one call to the AI Builder consumes resources we cannot recover. The product is therefore fully delivered and substantially consumed at the moment of first use. Subsequent change-of-mind, dissatisfaction with output quality, "I didn't use it enough", "Roblox detected my script", or third-party platform actions are not refundable circumstances.

2.2 What we WILL do (limited remedies, at our sole discretion):

• Provable double-charge — identical Stripe charge on identical timestamp: full refund of the duplicate, original token preserved.
• Wrong-tier delivery — if you paid for Studio and the system minted Pro, we credit the difference or upgrade the token.
• Total service outage > 72 consecutive hours — you receive equal-length credit added to your token, not a cash refund.
• Stripe failure where your card was charged but no token was minted — we mint the token retroactively, no refund needed.

2.3 What we will NOT do under any circumstance:

• Refund a token that has been used to generate at least one script, regardless of whether the script "worked" in your target game.
• Refund because Roblox / a game / an executor banned you, blocked you, or detected a generated script — we explicitly disclaim all anti-detection guarantees.
• Refund based on subjective AI quality (the model is named Llama 3.3 70B; you may inspect representative output before paying via the public Gallery).
• Refund a subscription's prior billing period after auto-renewal — cancel via your Stripe Customer Portal before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Already-charged periods remain non-refundable.
• Refund partial-use of the daily AI quota.

2.4 Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback / dispute with your bank or card network constitutes a unilateral termination of this agreement on your side. Upon receipt of any chargeback notice we will:

1. Permanently revoke (revoked_permanent: true) the associated scope token, removing dashboard, AI Builder, MCP, and watchdog access immediately.
2. Delete all captures, generated scripts, and history associated with the token within 24 hours (irreversibly — do not chargeback if you want this data preserved for export).
3. Add the Discord ID and (if available) email to a permanent block list. You may not repurchase under any plan.
4. Submit evidence of digital delivery, immediate consumption, this Refund Policy, and timestamped Stripe consent records to the card network. Recovery of disputed funds remains our right.

2.5 Subscription cancellation ≠ refund. Cancelling auto-renewal (via the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support) stops future charges. The token remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current billing period, prorated or otherwise.

2.6 Acknowledgment. Stripe Checkout collects your explicit agreement to these terms before charging your card. Click-acceptance is logged with timestamp, IP, and Stripe session ID and constitutes an electronic signature under 15 U.S.C. § 7001 (E-SIGN Act) and equivalent international electronic-signature statutes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AuroraScope to:

• Target a specific player for harassment, doxxing, or stalking
• Disrupt a Roblox game's economy at scale (e.g. mass-duping with intent to crash a market)
• Reverse-engineer the AuroraScope service itself, scrape our knowledge base, or attempt to bypass quota limits
• Resell, white-label, or republish AuroraScope-generated scripts as your own commercial product without modification
• Use generated scripts in connection with real-money transactions outside Roblox's official platform (off-platform RMT)

Violations result in token revocation without refund. Gross violations (e.g. mass-targeting, child harm) will be reported to authorities.

4. Roblox & ban risk

AuroraScope is a developer/research tool. It captures public game traffic when you start the agent yourself; it does not modify the game or grant any in-game advantage on its own. Generated scripts run in your executor — detection risk is identical to using any other reverse-engineering tool inside an executor. You assume all risk for what you do with generated scripts. We strongly recommend alt accounts and avoiding ranked competitive play.

5. Privacy & data

We store: remote names, argument shapes (truncated to 8KB per arg), place ID, executor name, and your Discord ID. We do not store: your account credentials, friends list, chat, or any non-remote game content.

Captures are scoped to your private token in our Cloudflare D1 database. Only you (with your token) and Aurora ops can read them. Captures auto-rotate after 10,000 entries per token, and inactive sessions are pruned after 30 days. You can delete any session immediately from your dashboard, or request total account deletion via Discord.

6. Service availability

AuroraScope is provided as-is. We aim for >99% uptime but do not guarantee SLA. AI-generation quality depends on third-party model availability (Cloudflare Workers AI). When the AI backend is down, generation returns a clear error and your quota is not deducted.

7. Pricing & changes

Pricing on the day you purchase is what you pay for the duration of that token. Founding-member pricing (first 100 buyers) locks lifetime renewal pricing. We may change pricing for new buyers at any time.
